How do I get started?

What areas do you service?
North County San Diego: Carlsbad, Escondido, Oceanside, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, Rancho Santa Fe, Sabre Springs, San Marcos, Scripps Ranch and Vista.
What pets do you care for?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, hamsters, guinnea pigs, gerbils, chickens, ducks, and more. Please give us a call if you have a pet not listed here.
How do I pay for service?
We require 50% down before the start of service. The balance is due on the final day of the visit and may be paid with cash, check or PayPal.
Are my house keys kept safe?
Absolutely! Your keys are coded and have no address identification on them. They are stored in a lock box for safe keeping.
What happens if my return trip is delayed?
Not to worry! Your pets are always our priority. We require that you call us when you have returned. If we haven't heard from you and are unable to reach you by phone, we will text or email you and continue taking care or your animals until you do return.
